The Poppy Academy Trust consists of three schools; St John's Infant and Nursery School, Fair Field Junior School and St John's Primary School, Watford.

Inset Days provide an opportunity for staff from all three schools to gather together to train, learn & grow together whilst encouraging each other to be the best versions of themselves.

The most recent Inset Day was 6th January 2026. Musharaf Asghar was the invited keynote speaker. His presentation was both motivational and inspiring.
